Welcome to Invoicyble ("Free Invoice Generator"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information when you use our free document generation service for invoices, estimates, quotations, proforma invoices, and receipts.
We do NOT store your data on our servers. All your business details, invoice data, and settings are stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. We never upload, collect, transmit, or have access to any of your personal or business information.
The following data is stored only in your browser's local storage (on your device, not on our servers): business name and address, business logo, document type preferences, invoice items and pricing, currency preferences, document number settings, and tax and discount settings. You can delete all of this at any time using the Reset button in the app or by clearing your browser's localStorage.
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our website. This helps us keep Invoicyble free for all users. When you accept cookies you may see personalized ads; when you decline cookies you will see non-personalized (contextual) ads. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. We use Google Consent Mode v2 so ads respect your consent choices. You may opt out of personalized advertising via Google's Ads Settings or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. AdSense data collection is completely separate from your invoice data — your business information and invoice content are never shared with Google or any advertising partner. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Analytics only loads and tracks data after you explicitly accept cookies through our consent banner; if you decline, no analytics tracking occurs. We enable IP anonymization, disable data sharing with Google, and disable cross-device tracking. Analytics data collection is completely separate from your invoice data.
We use cookies for advertising (Google AdSense — personalized when accepted, non-personalized when declined), analytics (Google Analytics, only after consent), and remembering your consent preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings or our consent banner. Our core invoice functionality works without cookies — all invoice data is stored locally on your device.
Since all your invoice data is stored locally, you have complete control: view it in your browser's developer tools, delete everything with the in-app Reset option, clear localStorage at any time, or use private browsing to prevent any storage.
Your invoice data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share or download a document. We implement no server-side data storage, so your business information remains completely private and under your control.
Our service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
Your invoice data remains on your device and is never transferred internationally. Google AdSense may transfer advertising data internationally in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this policy from time to time and will post any changes on this page with an updated revision date.
